In unsurprising news: The Paycheck Protection Program has officially drained its coffers. The Small Business Administration is now warning interested parties of a “lapse in appropriations,” during which it’s “currently unable to accept new applications.”

The demonstrations were sparked by US attacks on a militia in Iraq and Syria Sunday, in which 25 were killed.
